Coding (QA) & Odoo Functional Consultant — Sub‑Lead
Key Requirements
- Own QA and test automation for core Odoo modules, including regression testing and release validation. Write Python scripts, QWeb reports, and conduct code reviews to maintain quality standards. Manage functional specs, SOPs, and configuration documentation for full traceability. Monitor server health, respond to incidents, and execute technical deployments under Lead guidance.
Qualifications
1+ years Odoo ERP experience with 5+ years total ERP background. Proficient in Python, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and PostgreSQL, with Odoo test automation experience preferred. Strong technical documentation skills in English. Detail-oriented QA mindset with clear communication skills to report bugs to Lead and vendors.

Microsoft 365 Solution Specialist
Key Requirements
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Business Administration. 3+ years hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, Power Automate, Power Apps, and Dynamics 365. Proven ability to design and implement real-world automations and centralize data for reporting. Strong English communication skills with a creative, problem-solving mindset in fast-paced environments. Basic knowledge of Power BI and Excel PivotTables a plus.
Qualifications
Experience in autonomous, OKR-driven work cultures. Familiarity with AI Builder in Power Automate to reduce manual data entry. Microsoft certifications (Power Platform App Maker or Microsoft 365 Administrator) a plus.

Supply Chain Manager
Key Requirements
- Lead end-to-end supply chain operations including logistics, freight management, warehousing, and inventory control for imports, exports, and domestic transportation. Drive cost optimization, negotiate contracts with vendors and freight providers, and streamline booking processes. Manage and develop a supply chain team, monitor KPIs, ensure regulatory compliance, and mitigate operational risks including transit insurance coverage.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Commerce, or related field with minimum 7 years of end-to-end supply chain experience, including logistics, warehouse, and manufacturing environments. Strong ERP and advanced Excel proficiency. Proven leadership, negotiation, and communication skills. Fluency in English and Hindi required.

Key Requirements
- Support senior sales staff in managing accounts, preparing quotations, and coordinating timely product dispatch. Conduct market research, track competitor activity, and prepare reports to support business development. Maintain client relationships, follow up on payments, and ensure accurate documentation of transactions and sales activities.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Chemistry or related field with minimum 3 years of chemical sales experience. Proficiency in English and Hindi required. Microsoft Office skills preferred.
